94-95 run a differnt Front number plate to 96 - 02 KX125's, which one are you after, you could make either fit tho,
ill have a look upstairs and see if i have any,

good to know thought it worked back to earlier dates frame ive checked out as a 96 dosnt have to be anything to flash just the one i have is damaged and been painted black.

Yeh it all runs mint now. Just pluged the hole up turns out barrell is from different year and that coolant passage is not required on that barrell.Thanks for the heads up... should go and have a quick look to see if my bike is still in the garage!

Carb cleaned out starts 1st kick idles real nice.
