Indeed. My first reaction was that of a complete lack of recognition. Then I recognised the style of the building and knew instantly where it was.

Another clue: The pillars and gates were paid for by the Auckland branch of the NZEI with some assistance from the government. The stone used is Portland stone, the same as that used on the War Memorial Museum.

Or rather, the front part of the museum. The newer, rear half is concrete.
