Just have to check the plug in the morning and decide from there
Anything suggested as a Bad Idea is always a Good Idea, just different

Can't wait for the eventual video(s)! Oh and there's a perfect song by Dethklok you must put in it called "The Lost Vikings"

"Riding, and riding, we search across the land
The snow, and wind, has frozen hearts of man
    But we ride
    We ride

Many days ago we left our homes
With swords to ride into the night
Fighting side by side to destroy our foes
    And leave them without life

We stop, consider the land that we travelled
Our map's at home, direction unravelled
    But we ride
    We ride...

...We come upon a witch who takes us in
To let us share her mighty fire
She asks of us our story and we lie and say
    We ride around for hire
She asks us if we'd like to have her map
And points us in some direction
But we are far too proud and strong so we keep silent
    And ignore her suggestion

    Lost but still we ride
    Search until we die
    All the fault of pride
The gods weep in the night..."

    All Wellingtonians must speed.
With the mind blowing acceleration and lightning fast top speed of Brown Fury, there was no way we were only doing 82km/hr along the motorway. Was there??

Don't know what the smallest bike to achieve a GC is but Lee Rusty did the Southern Cross on a GN 250 one year.....

Classic - you guys are as mad as, and are giving us a great story that will go down in history. From the environs of Martinborough, I heard a high pitched whine peircing the night air - guess it was Brown fury blasting down State Highway 2 to Masterton. Good luck on the next leg.

Right, we're about to head towards Hastings. We think the plug is looking a bit lighter than it was originally - any thoughts from the two-stroke crowd?

    the boys are off.

woke the lads up, you chaps better get a wriggle on if you want to get to hastings before dark.

i wiped them up some green eggs and ham.

in to my shed for minor repairs, load up the mighty brown steed, and there off.

pleasure to meet you chaps and safe trails to you.

was a great night rideing over the tuckers, clear skys next to no cars.

with a cloud of blue smoke and the sound of a dieing sowing machine, they disapared in the the streets.

    Bring it on!
You'll need to be quick, our tags don't usually last more than a couple of hours.
Third time lucky? I don't fancy your chances.

    Talking Right...

Had a call at approx noon asking if my offer of beds still stand. Yep, no change there. So I was told that approx 5pm they would turn up...

Now its dark and I am getting worried. But a call and I know that they are OK. Stuck somewhere on a gravel road (???) and they found a hostel in middle of nowhere.

So they ask if I think they would make Gisborne tomorrow... right!

If/when they turn up I will update you all.

May the bridges I burn light the way.
