Sounds like a racing incident between an old hand on a tested bike (with a very clean record and reputation) and a guy whos really got something to prove and a competitive new machine to try it on. I don't think Tony would deliberately have cut lance off so can only assume he didn't know lance was there as he went for a nice line

Haven't raced bikes but have spent some years racing superkarts and sportscars a while back and it's kinda hard to explain but you can feel someone behind you on the track. I reackon he probably knew he was there.

However, in this case I would have to agree... this shit happens in racing.
Doesn't really matter who fucked up. Racers are human, these things are going to happen.

Don't what to have to get the legal team out, but,, Please be aware that the use of the term "Thing" is copywrited in KB History, and can only be use in conjugation with poking the stick at Mr hitcher and his big Red ...... "Thing"

As he's on holiday at the moment, I will let it go this one time.

I don't need smart pills, because I don't know what they are. There for, I don't need them. But I will put anything in my mouth, even if it's not meant to go in there. Why? Because I'm different. I can't stand this any longer, therefore I have decided to post this. ( I am old and anal) "Therefore" is one word and nothing to do with the two words "there" and "for".

I was always tought the guy on the outside has right of way only if his front wheel axel is in front of yours - otherwise the chap on the inside has the line.

To put it another way, the chap that was in front has the racing line - so has right of way.

If its the crash i'm thinking about, the chap on the outside had the line, and it looked like the chap on the inside just misjuged the braking distance for giving him room.
