Silver Fern Imports - Gt South rd Takanini.
Brett & Lisa, awesome couple - nothing is too much trouble for them.

I can drop in for a coffee, put anything on my account and get the standard Victory owners discount.

When the bike is being serviced I have my pick of loaners (no scruffy shop runabout that leaves my knees up under my chin)

They'll open up on a Sunday for any urgent work and have travelled hours to pick up a bike with a puncture.

The best service I've ever had.

Triple X Motorcycles in East Tamaki...

I've had some hard asks in the last 7 months, but the boys have always delivered, and when the kilometres get racked up in quick fashion, you have to have a reliable bike under you.

One difference to your first post... just about every time I walk in, I am buying something, or setting plans in motion to buy something, or asking if something has arrived so I can buy something... No wonder they like me so much

Ditto here too, not really first hand though. They did a horrible job of fixing my mate's gpx250. In fact, I'm not even sure they fixed anything at all. It still doesn't work $1000 and 6 months later!

I've had pretty mixed experiences with Boyle Kawasaki too, but they're good blokes and do a decient job more often than not I reckon.

Advance motorcycles here in Dunedin for me. I'm a mechanical nublet but they always look after me and never talk down to me.
Have great advise and will get as much business as I can afford to put their way.

When my bike stopped running in town the other day the boss came out in the rain in his van and picked it up, all for some cold brews.

Street & Sport in CHCH are good chaps - they don't care if I ride a Honda they are happy to chat bikes. Mind you they also freely offer rides on their demos.......... and would happily trade...............

    They know their stuff
They are a bit old school and tatty but I like that
They will do an emergency job for me (like get a new tyre on when they know I need the bike asap.)
They helped my friend who is new to bikes and helped her get the thing on the road when everything conspired against her.
They reafirmed my faith in returning to bikes because of the community spirit
They respect newbies and scooters and don't talk down to them
They would let me pay when my paycheck comes if the situation required.

    Who are they?
    What is your dealer like?

Yeah I like going there despite I'd never buy a Harley in a month of Sundays. Even though they know that they always chat and help my pro Harley friends out.

Watson motorcycles, Kumeu, AK. Very friendly and patient. Look like a motox shop but look after both road and off road.
