    Basic Skills Test - Learners

I passed my Basic Skills Test the other day - mint!

Just wanted to say thanks to the guys at RiderSkills (http://www.riderskills.co.nz/) who I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to sit their Basic Skills Test. They are professional and take the time to give you helpful pointers.

    Good stuff man.

It makes riding a whole lot more relaxed when you're legal.(Not that it stopped me before that.)

Congrats Tim! You shouldn't have any trouble with the written test. At least you know where to get good insurance

I failed my scratchie test today... hahaha

    Questions wrong:

    1) What do you do when a doctor gives you prescription medicine? Well I beleive you shouldn't really drive, but apparently you should ask him? oops

    2) What is the speed limit for driving a trailor - 80kms? nah 90.... must have changed in the last 5-years

    3) Where do you stop when theres a yellow line? Well I thought you should stop on it, and then creap forwards so you can see. BUT NOOO... aparently you should keep going untill you can see and then stop.

Anyway, did it again straight away and passed. Got my licence

    Congrats on passing dude !
as everyone says the scratch and win is a piece of piss!
the hardest part about being on a learner licence is 70kph on the motorway
and always asking yourself when looking in the rear view mirror at all the cars behind you "should i go faster and risk the $450 +$250 fine or suck it in and remind yourself of 4months 3weeks 5 1/2days remaining"
i solve this problem by going via East Coast Rd from the shore to Puhoi
    its 80 zone
