250cc loaner for test - HBC

Anyone on the HBC got a 250 bike, more dual purpose type so I can take my restricted test? Happy to arrange something for the use of it for the day. Sick of feeling guilty each time a cop passes when Im on a huge gixxer or something.

Just a suggestion, try posting this in the uni mc club forum and offer a box of beer...they all have 250's and will do almost anything for alcohol.

Just wear some rollerblade knee/elbow pads and you'll be right.

And don't forget gumboots, it's a bit too cold for jandels in June.

Sometimes I feel the need to take the piss out of somebody for the sake, if it was in summer I would probably go to the test in jandals but given its winter and the frikken cold we have been getting, Im going to stick to other stuff, but I mean you dont have to rock up in hardcore riding gear do we?

Honest answer is I don't know.....call the testing centre and ask.

Common sense says if you want them to take you seriously you should look the part, it will make the test go better for you as they are more likely to cut you some slack if you look like your trying.
If it was me it would be jeans, bike jacket, gloves, helmet and decent footwear, assuming it was dry and raingear over the top if it isn't.

    Good luck!
