Places in Bay Of Plenty (Whakatane)

    Hi Guys,

Myself and a mate are heading up with our Motox bikes this looong weekend.

I know of a few old logging tracks on Goudies Road about half way between Taupo and Whakatane (Back Roads) but is there anyone on here from Whakatane that knows of some other places to ride ?

Trail Tracks is what we are after...

    Cheers CB

If you go to Kawerau and head up towards Lake Tarawera, there are endless little places to explore once you get clear of the main highway. You should probably take a GPS though, just to find your way back out!

This is a great place to strap a tent on your bike and go bush.
