Amazing! This thread is now Court evidence.

I have always considered Judges and Lawyers to be thoroughly lovely people and I always appreciate what a tough profession they have to contend with.

I would certainly not ever consider them less honourable than prostitutes or drug dealers

Where did my thread go? (Attn Skidmark)

Where did my thread go regarding wrong info entered on an alleged offence that I absolutely did not commit Thursday night (Howick /Pakuranga Highway).

Skidmark responded that he witnessed the event and provided information that he had no other way of knowing (unless secretly he is the cop involved).

I searched to see if it was shifted!

    Moderators - please respond.

Appreciate that. Lets hope it doesnt come to that but I will mention I have an unsolicited witness who I do not know and have never met. I wont phone you to maintain the above status...unless this goes further .

(The fact you knew what car I was driving convinced me your werent "pulling my tit" over this.) Very observant. Cheers.

And HOPE the cop never realises the 'technical errors' 'cos if he does then the 'errors' on your ticket don't mean diddley-squat.

wrong info on ur ticket means nothing in terms of getting let off.

you'll have to fight this one in court and you will need a witness.

either way it'll cost you more than $150 is there any demerits with that one?

IF you wanted to get off this ticket and not pay anthing you will have to defend it in court (and you'll need a traffic lawyer) then you'll have to take the police offer who gave you the ticket to the small claims court.

But you probably wont get anything in the court and will have to take the time off work
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

The path of least resistance eh!

It is the one I generally take unless the penalty is particularly severe.

What was the wording on the ticket for the infringement? You can still get nailed for going through lights on the yellow/amber - esp if when he told you ran a red light you tell him "feck off it was yellow when I went through", he's happy because you have admitted that it was yellow. Prob what he was scribbling down - your reply. The wording for the ticket should fairly inform you what the infringement is for, if its running the yellow you could have a problem winning a defended hearing.

Good luck Duc....But Talk is cheap.
Don't waste your breath and time jabbering.
If you want anything done do it in writing.
Talk is just that....a heap of hot air.....
disappears the instant you stop spouting.
Beat him by going to court well prepared, or if you want to complain do it in writing and keep copies......

Just bending over and paying is not good advise !!
Opinions are like arseholes: Everybody has got one, but that doesn't mean you got to air it in public all the time....
