Mine used to boil everytime I got stuck, but never any other time!?
Now Ive grown billygoats balls and I dont get stuck no more!

You can wire a Dick Smith 12v computer fan into the themostat and Supercheep have little alloy catch cans for the boy racers but they are cylindrical - the catch tank off a KLX300 will fit under your left hand number board but you will have to make a subframe up for it

Just had a look at the reservoir on my KDX200H. One of those would do. Small and squeeze nicely behind the radiator. Anyone got a reservoir off a KDX200H for sale?
