    '90 Gixxer Miss

Last night, I filled up at mobil, started my bike and puttered over to my mate who was filling his bike, I put the stand down, left it idling. After about 20 seconds it died which is really unusal, but i just turned the lights off and left it off.

About a minute later, I went to start it again and it was running like wet poos. It felt powerless, but not quite like it was missing a whole cylinder. Went for a ride, it didnt clear up.

Took off the tank, checked all the fuel lines - they seem ok

The leads look a little shitty - Plugs are new about 1 month ago.

    CDI could be buggered?

    any clues?

Could be water in the carb. Did you run your fuel tank dry?.

it could be that the petrol station was selling shitty fuel. I've come accross that in the past.
Those who insist on perfect safety, don't have the balls to live in the real world.

Took it to bits today, after checking all the fuel lines found there was no spark on one cylinder.

Got a new lead, and it still doesnt spark.
Checked the plug thats fine, so I am assuming it IS my CDI EXPENSIVE.

Anyone know anyone who knows someone who has one?
