My Dad had a Zodiac. I think. Somebody did.

But we digress. I was of course talking about motorcycles, hence the Kawasaki kind of emulating Z900s. Kinda.

    Not some putt putt car.

Can you imagine how miserable they would be to drive? That scrapes the border of my experience. Cars of that era were Dreadful. Bikes just pissed on them by a much larger margin than now.
You'd bump your way along slowly with dramatic crucial gear changes thinking; gee I hope I look a lot cooler than I feel..

Yeah. You're remembering how that felt aren't you?

    Saved you some money.

    For hookers and blow obviously.

I paid $300 for one for my first car and then turned it into a Street Stock and wrecked it at Woodford Glen, that was 3 weeks wages back in 1980

Sometimes you wish it was easier, but if it was, everyone else would do it, then you remember you don't want to be like everybody else!

Probably not too optimistic in terms of price, but maybe qualifies for this thread with the obligatory exhaust wrap, and hasn't escaped the seemingly overwhelming desire some people have to chop bits off.

Would it need the seat changed and bar ends to pass a wof?

What does wrapping your exhaust pipes do to the bikes performance?

I must have missed something ....

Oh lordy check the Kobe exhaust . A mate had one but thats not it unless it has a new sprocket. His was just bumps and he tightened the chain more.

Oh wait that's the even more dreadful 250. I guess I might have to own up to having had one. Was a lot more standard and had a cycle works pipe
