I've booked in for a service on the friday, so I may just stay in Dunedin overnight and ride up with the rest of you on saturday. I believe that there are a few Dunedin riders who have never ridden the George King route. This could be a good opportunity to show some of you riders a new route.

    Look out for BENDER

It's the band my sisters in (main vocal & the only chicky babe) and they'll be there performing there.

Does the King George route include gravel?

Any one going up on Friday?

No gravel - just lots and lots of corners and a couple of big descents and climbs - there is an alternative route through a bit of private road that comes out at the Pukerangi Railway station that has a fair bit of gravel if you're keen and get permission.
