Just out of curiousity, when was the last time you looked at bike prices, and when did you quit the drugs?
I would buy this matey http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...ad.php?t=50784

To every man upon this earth
Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods
last week mate and the saying is they are getting harder and harder to find.
thats cool.will look at all offers just after a good price for my pride and joy.cheers
Actual, if it's got only 1400km on the dial, then maybe it's worth it. It'd pretty "mint" if that's genuine mileage (unless some plonker like me had been riding it...)
But then again, I paid $8500 for my 1990 VFR750, and $8k for a '97 VTR1000.
... and that's what I think.
Or summat.
Or maybe not...
Dunno really....![]()
seriously...i think you could get $5k, maaaybe 6 for it, but 7 would be pushing it - sounds like a fekkin minta tho, those are ridiculously low km's
you could probably sell it for a small fortune in the states
is it on trademe? id love to see some pics....

the bike was stored for a year in japan.the kms are true, dont waist my time mate.
Post some pics, good closeups of things like grips, top triple clamp, where your boots touch the rearsets. Not just crappy generic distance pics. Let the pictures speak for themselves... a 1400km bike will have pretty much zero dirt and wear anywhere. A genuine 1400km mint condition VFR400 is a rarity, let the pictures speak.
Kilometers:
13800
Its 14000, not 1400
Heres some pics of my nc30, 2 weeks after the pic was taken, the highest anyone would over was $3,500. It was mechanically mint, new chain, sprockets, good rubber, new paint job etc...
me bikes stock standard mate same as it came out of the shop
