I can easily get about 100MPG with my ride...
Any of you guys get better?
(yes I understand that my bike is slow and I can easily be passed by the heaviest of dumptrucks friends...)
Slow speeds are cool when your butt is very close to the ground.
FWIW, I measure our MPG using a digital speedometer/odometer and by knowing the exact number of onces of fuel that we have burned...
Post up some numbers for comparison friends!

It's actually about 1/4 of a gallon in the tank... I measure the fuel consumption by reading the odometer and measuring the amount of fuel that has to be added back to reach the 'majic line'.Originally Posted by Swoop

One of my bikes can do 100km on a bowl of weetbix and three or four muesli bars.
I win.
My other bike, however, uses 6L/100km cruising on the highway in conditions of extreme restraint and, as far as I can tell, drinks virtually infinite amounts of dinosaur juice every time the rider plucks up the courage to open the throttle anywhere near all the way.

im averaging 39.41 mpg on a heavily modified FJ1200
running 50/50 mix of Mobile 98, BP 105 leaded race gas and 1/2 litre of Acetone
13.5:1 comp, cammed, big bore kit and a stroker crank with stage 2 heads and ignition upgrades
and thats just my commuter .
