All the best in working through issues on this one and the upcoming elections. Although not involved my understand is that the organisation is registered as as sporting club perhaps an incorporated society. As such there is a constitution which is legally binding on all office holders and members. Too often the sections and principles of the constitution are ignored by those in power, but often the constitution is very loosely worded to allow flexibity and interpretation. NZSBK site met a need for getting information out and did it well.

well said that man !!!!!!!!
That’s unbelievable yet believable at the same time if you get my drift!
That website was exactly what was needed to keep us all involved and up to date, especially because not all of us could make the rounds, for me it kept me in touch with all the goings on and I loved checking out the updates.
Well done to the people behind it, awesome job!
Everyone I speak to about this topic, which I only a handful of people… has the same conclusion and it sides with The Chow.

Oh by the way I posted this idea on the MX holeshot website and was asked why the other site was shut down. This is my reply. And I no longer wish to comment on it , it is yesterday , we are looking for tomorrow.
Hi Ricey
It is a long story about the whole site , but I'm sick of being negative. Anyway the site shut down because 1) Came to the end of it's term or contract(if you like). And also the budget ran out.It was only ever for the superbike championships. And now with Paul Stewart not standing and the hassles we had , I really wasn't that interested anymore in continuing. So cut the cord.
But the fantastic response I have had and seen has made me realise it is our sport , and it deserves coverage. And as I have had a lot to do with all forms (2 wheel anyway)over my 37 years of in the sport of motorcycling.
The sport (all discplines need coverage) but I'm fully aware that if you wait around for others to do things it normally never happens.
This year we have the World Junior MX Championships , we don't want it the best keep secret do we?
I would just like to point out , that I'm not a journalist , I have nothing to do with any motorcycle organisation or company , in fact I'm a Motorcycle Postie!
I have let my views be known on other threads and yes I'm a good Friend of Jim Tuckerman , but let me say he has no tie with the proposed website , although his company still owns the original NZSBK Domain Name.
