I thought thats what would have happened Warick was tring to catch us up but we were behind him and the gap got bigger and bigger but was a good ride back with Garry nice to come into HB and feel the sun on your back.

Hahahah no cake It came in a black tall bottle and had the words “ Galliano Black Liquore Alla Sambuca” with a beer chaser and some Baileys to settle it all down after a big feed that da Mooo made.
I hope you didn’t kill to much of our grass at the gate on the way home W? I know what you did……….. Sorry it slipped out……..

Edit.. I couldn't fit all the candles on the cake Gary. Thats why I didn't send one to the track....

Gareths first day at da track on da RG was in a word... awesome, I was impressed, so well done that young man.I came out of the Servo and expected to see you guys waiting at the corner, but no one there so I thought..I'll catch up before the end of the plains.....not. Didnt realise that you guys were behind me....until I heard you toot as you passed home, otherwise I would have waited. Never mind...had a good play amongst the traffic on the way home...anyway thanks both Gs.....was a good day. getting back to da Big Guy.....we'll have to excuse his behaviour.....not everyday is your birthday..........sorry Steve, just slipped out....honest cheers W

Hi.
I will answer for him as he seldom comes on here. Only to spill the beans it would appear. Yes he is. It is still polished and cleaned to the max. I have a pleasure of riding it a while ago, it sure gets up and goes. He asked me to do a fly by so he could hear it on the road. The instructions said something about “ near the top end of the revs”. I don’t have to be asked twice…………… it can fly for sure ……………. It is a very nice bike and is in good hands. If he bothers to come on here I am sure he will answer you himself cos he seems to be able to spill the beans on most things…….

And thanks to everyone else for your good wishes. I hate the getting old thing but some things we just can not change. So I will keep riding and eatin da Moooos muffins and home cookin and hope to live for a few more bikes yet. mind you the Sambuca is great. Could make me live for ever. Let me see now 38% Much better than Muffins.

I can't say if I will be on the ride up North yet so will wait till closer to the time Lani.

Aye Chicky....... Yep it was a great day and it is the second year in a row I have spent it at the track. Think I will have a b/day everyother day.

Its great. But a part of me is still left with you guys down there and I often think of my little house in Hastings and my amazing friends down there who helped me when I needed it the most.

Can't wait for my next trip down. I don't think I'm gonna let the winter weather beat me either......see ya soon.

Oh and Speights_bud, my wets are working well up here, it very rarely stops raining.

Hi Robert, yes the Gixxer has pride of place in my shed....it certainly has taken my riding pleasure to another level. I'm pleased I listened to the advise of a good friend and quickly became a convert....... Hows everything going with you...... more importantly, hows Dads health these days....hope all's well. me scoots tyre's don't actually have tread in the centre from new, so figuring out when they worn out is a bit iffy, it's getting near the wear indicators on the sides, not bad for 5,500km's!
