Wonder what the big impact might be...a meteor? Seems like a meteor took out Isaiah last night. Did someone not like what Isaiah said?

Isaiha is not even on the radar screen!

Nothing further to be divulged but suffice to say

    1) They were warned and 2) the blame can almost entirely laid at the feet of one person.

But there are also a lot of positives.

No the user was not banned just the post they made moved by to pd, as the posts had nothing to do with MNZ Elections. and it also seams they are trying to hide who they acutally are, as are you.

the post had observations to do with the election, it was just so cryptic that most people would have had no idea what it was trying to imply.

but along with Isiah, alot of people under there own name or screen names are spreading rumours or jsut shit, and it is doing nothing to help the sport of motorcycle racing move forward, the people made their choices and the few voted, some people did not want to work under the old regiem, thats there choice as it is for the people that do not want to work under the new one,

lets move on, and get back racing and moving in one direction.

not really my post i think, i am more a off road racer at heart so it would not be in the best interests of road racers to have me there, and i am busy enough being president of a motorcycle club anyway, and i am not sure if i could handle everybody wanting my blood online when i make a call they do not like.

Good question. Those board members that are left (or new in my case) have to pick up the pieces and look forward rather than dwelling on what has happened.
Without doubt it will not be easy and most likely not all of the people will be happy all of the time.
There are lots of things in need of attention but we all have to work for a living as well so some will take time. Sorry no magic wands. Best way to speed up things is get involved, become part of the solution, hell you might even enjoy it!

Scott you say it perfectly about not handling everybody wanting your blood online and Kevin you're great encouraging one to get involved and become part of the solution.
The trouble I see, as Job always does, is that it doesn't happen this way and never will when you've got punters on forums such as this wanting blood online of the administrators of the sport - those that have left since the weekend and those that have stayed. Those that give their all to the sport for all the right reasons.
And Scott, you're right that Revelations was too cryptic for most. It takes an intelligent person to understand cryptic.

When an election takes place (even if members choose to not vote ) there is a result and thats something that has to be accepted and in most cases welcomed.
When the result is not what was expected is it a natural reaction to just bash the winners , the organisation they previously stood proud for and then get all the other non-elected friends to join a bloody internet forum and blissfully bash the winners and the establishment collectivly ? It seems the answer is yes.

The only outcome i can see to that is angst amoungst the easily swayed and a fucking great mess with bullshit flowing for the legitamate elected representatives to try and sort out , as well as the deepening and widening membership operational areas already evident.

In my opinion it is so obvious all these new members with such loud opinions and intimate knowledge have to be associated in some way with MNZ either formally or socially so why ohh why do they want to destroy the hard work they are supposidly meant to have done within MNZ ? did it mean nothing more than a ladder climbing excersise to them ?

I started racing in 1982, although i no longer race myself im still associated with road racing in NZ by running a team and i always will while i am able , but this kind of crap will not help to get new members to start committing to the cause.

Thats my 2 cents worth anyhow ,
