Quite a few variables around today

Kicked off with a big green 9 trying to sampling my feng shui Shot downtown with Dogs and Cowboyz for a quick latte then into Rex's ride. Huge turnout and bloody good catch up with lot's of suspects.

Triumphs in fine form then headed to Wanga's for Baz and Melissa's housewarming - very nice

Back to Palmy in the pouring rain with Chanceyy and Monamie, excellent wet night ride.

Finished up with coffee with Mr and Mrs Ynot, all good.

    Great day out!

it was a fantastic turn out awesome to be near the back & just see bikes, bikes and even more bikes ahead of you ... good to see a few of the crew keeping to traddtion and getting lost ... (not quite sure how you managed that one )

ride in the wet was awesome (when I could see) just glad we rode outta that strong wind .. that was interesting in a few places

Saw you all head past my place after leaving the pub down the end of my street. I was whimping out on my recliner in front of the telly with the heater on high. Looked like a great turn out. Met Rex a few times when we called down for a beer, bloody hard case he was and very well liked. A fitting tribute

Well from a whimps point of view, head colds aint fun,the large pints at Rexs are fun. When all had left it was good to chat to a couple of guys about the place.Actually donating the entry fee was always going to happen, ride or not.

Went back at 1/4 to 5 for feed and prizes, didn't win any, bloody hangi was great, meat spuds, and pumpkin with shitloads of bread. The atmosphere was great, talked to Rexs daughter and she is one tough lady, brave after her mum died Thursday.

Homemade firecrackers are great when you are outside and they are let off inside.

Saw Al,and his harem stop by on way back, but as most bikes had gone(3 inside)they pootled off, nice coffee to finish night.

    Role on Turangi.

Ahhhhh, a great start to a long weekend

Finished early and went for a fang over the Track with Cowboyz. Back into town for a catch up with Sarge (good to see ya) and now about to enjoy a 10 yr old Merlot by the fire

Don't forget Bren's farewell and the Feilding ride if ya available, should be a supurb weekend's riding if the weather holds

Geez. I thought I had it good. How do you manage to finish early for a "fang over the Track" every day.

I am holding out for a quiet pootle to the Martinbororough Settlement. It will be sooooo hard to resist the samplings. At least Ynot has a spare driver (hic).

Now there's a thought - Beverley has got her full licence - not sure about the snow forecast though. Might need to follow a Snowconnie.

fang is a good descriptive! Well on the way over anyhow. That was fun. Good to catch up with NZSarge too even for a short time. I am back from Napier with a new supercar. Seems to go alright. All locked up and keys in my pocket now!

Moving Maria into a new Apartment this morning so no riding.

Then we are spending the long weekend house sitting for Sarah, watching all her DVD's, experimenting with Feijoa Bicardis, Baileys and Hot Chocolate and various other forms of alcohol poisoning and practising my Braziliian Portuguese language lessons without slurring while trying to avoid falling down her front bank. All with no witnesses... should be a VERY interesting weekend.

    It's the weekend
Just finished feeding the menagerie and giving them the 'be good whilst I am away' chat. Hopefully the hounds won't go off visiting the neighbours this time

Blue beast is gleaming, bags packed and housework done(even the hoovering, god I need a maid)

Just going for a dip before the off as I am way early, couldn't sleep for the excitement It's a gorgeous morning up in the hills (NOT raining yet)

Hope all have a great long weekend, I am planning to make the most of it thats for sure Catching up with friends made at the duck and making more, riding all day and drinking all night (tea of course) what more could one want. Get to wear the new t-shirt too :

Have fun and be safe all who are getting out on one or two wheels this weekend

Sly, if you trip over the mooning gnome you are tooooo near the edge

Not too bad out there at the moment although it looks like that is going to change. Been out and about around town on the Honda - just plain nice to be on the bike! Might have to go for a little pootle after lunch...

Hope the weather forecast improves for tomorrow...
