It was good, infact if was a bloody great day! had my first bucket race after s/s for a year. borrows a hotted up fxr and loved it even though it was slower than the rg150 on the straights, it was just such fun. Luckily we have a crashed fxr sitting in the garage...

It would probably piss ya off to know I was cruising until the last corner.

On a serious note I feel the money spent on the 250 wheels and front end are worth it when I can match lap times with a higher HP bikes.

I was on Tony Macs new one for one race, ecxept it fely like it wouldnt rev over about 6k... so i just didnt use the brakes...

then for race 3 i used his nice one with the yoshi can and all the rest and that was WAY better! even though i forgot it cant idle and let it die and had to push start it after the flag had dropped. Doh! But meant i felt good as i got to pass a MILLION people. is there buckets at the BEARS meet?
