Thanks for that clarification SB -i'm well overdue for a rally and salubrious company . It's been a mongrel of a year so far. Hope to finish it on a postive note.

Isn't it funny how the "first" always sticks in the memory as the best ...

    to get to the pub,
you get out of your sleeping bag, head to the biggest building on the site.
Say a few nice words to the barmaid
    and get your poison.
There is a licenced pub on site run by the Black Powder Gun Club.

The last few k's to the site are a hard packed shingle road, but dont let that worry you, as even harleys can survive it with no worries.

There will be no need to fight over beds either, as there are plenty of cabins, and at least three dorm houses that sleep 10 each.

Cooking is no prob either, a full sized kitchen at our disposal.

And we can have a big camp fire as there is a place for that tooo.
As long as we dont see self made pizza appearing at the fire side,
And D , keep you pants ON this time!!

I had thought the same. I'm happy with the destination, as it's one of the ones I voted for, but I do wonder about the democracy of voting if the result is going to be ignored

The 3rd was my 1st, the 4th will be my 2nd.

I think that Kopara got the venue for the Ralley because it fitted all the requirements, plus was the only one that was checked out.
Ok it didnt get the most votes,
but it did generate the most interest
