They do look pretty hot alright.

I may be missing the point so no doubt someone will enlighten me. A nice ZXR250 is worth 3-4K? Spend another two on the kit, then at least a K getting it nice.

    You've just spent 6 to 7 grand, on a 250 that looks like a ten, that's worth $4K.

    Nope. I don't get it.

    well no....

tidy they are worth 5-6 grand in summer, and if somebody wants a unique one with the tyga kit they are willing to pay more for it... because to get a stock one to look this way would cost them alot more than say an extra 1k on the pricetag with it already done...

i can reclaim some money back by selling my origional fairings which are in great nick....

people say modded bikes arnt worth more... but i know when im buying a bike if i want to put power commanders exhaust etc on it anyway... im happy to pay a bit more than a stock one when buying to save on the extras i will get anyway

some people say they add no value over a stock one, which is a crock of shit.

im keeping it for 2 years...

and fact is money is not a factor, i have no problem taking a loss on a bike at sale time once i have had my fun on it...

If you can't ride anything bigger than a 250 for two years let alone a 1000cc I guess it makes sense to get something really nice.

The fact that I'm actually communicating with someone so tardish makes me a tard, too... So much tard. Why don't you get a custom paint job, rather than a boring one tone? If you're going to get something different, might as well make it stand out. A copy of the original green/black/white zxr color would look good if you picked deeper colors

Nice bit of kit there Skiddy,i say go for it.To me anyway the money spent or what its worth when done is irrelevent. If you get enjoyment from it then all is good, hell ive spent more on my old thing than its ever going to be worth and ive still a ways to go yet.

If you're keeping it for a while, and it makes you happy, go for it. Unless it's a (rare) classic, a motor vehicle's a money sink, not an investment, so unless you're WAAAAAY over-capitalising it, it doesn't really matter.
Tell me: do you know where you can get those indicators on the white and green fairings? I really like the look of those.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....
