Could do a ride to Springs Junction or just as far as as Maruia Springs?

The Leader is ridable and does have a lot of grit on it a week ago.
We have had some frosts so could have been re-gritted again.

The three gorges had a fear amount of grit as well.
I do not think it is that good a ride for all the grit.
And are sure it would have been re-gritted again by now.

I think the main advantage of Lewis Pass is the road is used a lot more looked after and will be more sweeped and cleaner because of that.
Feel the fear and do it anyway

I would be keener to do the Lewis as well.
We would have to play it by ear, as to the weather and roads (snow etc).

It can be a nicer road to ride at this time of year.

Well, I'm all set for tomorrow. Got my glove liners. And my poor old girl has even had a clean and polish. Seems might be a few other Harleys. Thought I might not be allowed to ride if she was dirty LOL.

I'm out too, got to sit in front of the computer all day waiting on the next tagorama tag just in case someone gets my current one and puts a new one up straight away.

Although I briefly considered it I was never really in to start with so it's all ok then aye.
    Enjoy your ride.

I was on a firewood run today and chief sprog sitter, so all bikes remained tucked up.
