Was on Ch1 - the segment on "supercity" - Ixion is obviously on the local council and got his 15 seconds of fame!

I tried the search functions on TV1 and TV3 for "Ixon" but both retuned no results - meh?

I thought he was the crim, half naked on the river bank, with a copper pointing a Tazer at him.
(could he have been both?)
