Any rides on this weekend? And if so, what type? Intend heading out on a ride with no back seater to scrub in my shiny new tyres and then later/sunday if the weather is good out for another with the better half on the back to a cafe in the hills someplace.

Silly, silly mistake. Worrying about the car behind me at the Stop sign, instead of where I was going. Lesson learned (I hope).

Nice ride after that through Vinegar Hill, first time for that road too.

Let the ribbing begin, I deserve it.

no ribbing babe .. ouchy though.. and most of us have done it .. as long as you are ok thats the main thing

I didn't think it was working, cause the camera can't distinguish between green and yellow. I hope cowboyz likes the widescreen mega green pic below.

Aw shucks. Your nicer to me than I would be. Don't go ruining a girls reputation though, by calling her a lady.

Just as well I booked in for that lesson tomorrow. :slap:

That is awesome - you came off, picked it up, got back on and did Vinegar Hill on a magic day. Every man should have a tough chick like you.

Porangahau for lunch with the Hawkes Bay crew.

The idea is to get there about 1 o'clockish, i'll leave all the planning up to someone else as I have to go to Anza's in the morning and i'm not sure what time i'll be able to get away but almost certainly it won't be in time to join the rest of the people going so i'll probably end up taking the direct route via Vegas. That is if I get away at a decent hour, if I have to hang around in Palmy to lucnhtime or something it won't be worth my going.
