They were doing that in chch for a while but the 4 people living ou there kept calling the police and they made it illegal to drive out there after 10pm.If a deserted place out in the middle of nowhere could be found to host their activities then probably no one would be overly concerned
The boy racers are their own worst enemies. True its only a few, but those few act and all the others sit by and watch. Which in my book is pretty much as bad. It encourages the others to keep going. Take it to the race track. Its safer, more fun and no cops. Even better give them a drag strip. If it was open every friday/saturday night i'd be there.
