But the cartoon is wishful thinking if that is meant to represent bin laden - he still hasn't been found, despite the thousands of lives / billions of dollars expended.
However if the figure on the ground represents the US citizen, and the figures holding the flag are the (previous) US administration, then it is particularly apt.
