    Definition of pissed off

Dunno if you lot think this is funny -I do in hindsight.
It was Jorja and my aniversary on sunday. The one thing she really wanted was to see her grandmother in Sydney.
I've been saying for months we can't afford it -not enough money, can't shut down the yard etc etc. Meanwhile paid for tickets n stuff on the sly.
For 3 MONTHS I managed to keep it a secret from her.
I had a perfect cover story for needing to go to the airport to keep her totally in the dark.Stuff was packed in a duffle bag and tossed in the boot of a car
My mum and dad offered to watch the yard for us for a couple of days.
1 HOUR before we had to head off to the airport Mum looks at me and blurts out-"so when's your flight then??"
Jorja looks at me and says-"were going to see gramma aren't we"

I thought you were going to say that she had booked a flight for herself only!

    D'oh.

Although, being pissed off is better than being pissed on.

Unless, ya know, you're into that kinda thing.

    ready

Mate I hear ya. Depends how much you actually have money wise. If its like -zip/zero then Theres the classic homecooked dinner with a twist.
Move the dinner table maybee middle of the lounge room.
Candles on the table, romantic music playing. You could run a line of tea candles down the hall to the lounge room.
Cook her her favorite dinner -or something nice you can cook well.
Garlic bread goes down well then a seafood cocktail--all easy to do.
If she's into bubble baths an extra twist is to have a hot bath drawn for her. Again candles and her bath robe hanging up for her (or a sexy silk robe) Maybe the tea candles leading in there.
That gives you time to finish dinner
If it helps Jorja apreciated the effort I put in not the money.

Happy anniversary baby !! I know it's early but we're Riding (car has no clutch) down to taupo and riding at frosties track day today (on the 2nd)
Love you too honey, shhh now, go get ya gear on !!!
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !
