Well what you would feel like doing is smacking him up or some such natural response. But a more realistic/smart thing would be just to call the cops..

True, but however the chances of the police actually doing anything past filling out a form I'd put at about 1%.

Geez this thread is like pulling teeth.

The OP was practicing in a public car park?
Dad's car was nearby - where was Dad?
The caravan (campervan?) guy had been sleeping there? Or what?
    What's the rego?

How on earth does a caravan outrun a motorbike?
The greatest pleasure of my recent life has been speed on the road. . . . I lose detail at even moderate speed but gain comprehension. . . . I could write for hours on the lustfulness of moving swiftly.

Pick the bike up and wheelie the bike on him, show him the bikers way to kick his ass.

So you're insured, yes? And you called the cops. Reading between the lines a bit, obviously you sized up the situation and decided that getting aggro back was not the wisest thing to do. You did the right thing. Get your bike fixed up and your insurance company chases the dude up while you are off riding!

No guys violence is not the answer, beating the man up is not going to fix the bike. You should of talked to him and asked why he kicked the bike over, you can resolve the situation by communication. If you were to be violent and brutally injure the man how does that make you any better of a man?

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Cops will hopefully do their jobs.
But there is a contingency plan.

no i couldnt do anything. I didnt even see him walk off, was staring in disbelief at my bike on the ground + then trying to pick it up, to do anything else.

I find It takes me awhile to react to situations like that. Generally my re action time is quite quick (whist riding, and drop a ruler and grab it (anyone do this at school?) etc)
    just a mental freeze up
is <3 supposed to be a heart or an ass hat?

No idea what you're talking about with the ruler, but that kinda freezing shit can leave you feeling emasculated, dawg... Don't do it! So he drove off or just sat in the van?
