Well for once your right on one thing mark yes it was bruces death that brought me to the site. Congrats for having a correct fact for once btw

I have my reasons for not having a bike and thanks to you your justifying one of them cause i dont trust other road users to ride and i'd rather stay out of jail and alive then share the same road as you

Do you really think the achocol you drank would be out of your system after 7 hours wake up sunshine it stays in your system for 24 hours

I'd like to know what the officer would think about the threat and i'm sure his family wouldn't be happy

skidmark i think the remark bout leaving to cop in the ditch will be classed as a threat against his life ,dont be annoyed if they turn up to arrest you for that threat which they prpbably will.

The irony of that david is, he gets the odd threat, but to date, I have yet to see anyone fullfill on a threat towards him, even when he meets them face to face at party's they just laugh it off.

So, is the point of the thread for Mark to have a whine about the cop being wrong? He doesn't seem to be whinging about the ticket.

They can impound if:

you don't hold (or have never held) a driver licence or your licence has expired, and you have been forbidden to drive by a police officer until you have obtained or renewed your licence

You could argue that Mark doesn't hold the correct licence for that class of vehicle (I dunno if they do that though).

Of course, Mark could argue that he has a class 6 - just an "L" and he might win based on that argument. Of course, in the meantime, the cops could make him miserable for a while......

Meh.

I'm also amazed that Mark hasn't realised that 99% of the threads he starts complaining about he been hard done by will inevitably turn against him, but any attention is good attention. I bet he most likely waved to the cop to follow him and talk to him cause he felt lonely and wanted attention
