When I got there, the smell reminded me how much I hated Maccers, so I turned me Evo 'round and headed back to Mission Bay for an Ice-Cream. By the time I got to Mission Bay, I rememb'd that I meant to pop in to Hobby City to buy a die cast model. When I got back to Hobby City, my golly but didn't I feel like a fool, they aren't even open at 1a.m., so I turned around and headed back to Mission Bay for that Ice-Cream...

Did you read all of the bill ? your right in sentance def but wrong about the offence's it states
"““traffic offence means—

“(a) any offence against the Transport Act 1962, the Road User Charges Act 1977, the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986, or the Land Transport Act 1998, or against any regulation or bylaw made under any of those Acts:

“(b) any offence against any regulation or bylaw made under any other Act if the offence relates to the use of motor vehicles or parking places or transport stations
means—"

I could be wrong but "traffic offence" would include speeding tickets.


In regards to the police issuse, I to have meet my fair share of awsome good coppers, but which cops do you think get stuck with the late night shifts, its (atleast in my exericance" been often the younger cops out of police college that have been very hard to deal with.

I've never got a ticket for anything cause i dont use it to race or act a fool in them, i'd rather pull the chicks. my next car will be an evo 4 or 5. im 20, male and caucasion. splitting image of a boy racer. thats why im freakin at these stupid laws. of course im gonna get tarred with that boy racer brush when im seen cruising around

My only issuse with this is i,ve have been in a court room on a charge that was a strech of the turth because a cop had a smoking hot blond in the car and he wanted to show off his power (taking my car off me).
I was lucky that the judge heard my case and I was still stung but half the norm.
Point is trying to tell a court room the boy in blue wasn't being the saint they are, it called justice i believe.

Umm, the laws are actually not forbidding cruising, just allowing for bylaws banning cruising to be made. Those bylaws havent yet been made, so at the moment you're still sweet. And it specifically mentions you have to be cruising in a style intended to draw attention to the noise or power of your vehicle, so unless ur dragging from one set of lights to the next you should be sweet anyways
