A friendly warning for those heading to the Burt via the SSR; Mr Plod has been making his presence felt, (to my cost) between Fortrose and Invervegas. I have been reliably informed that they're hitting that section pretty hard.

paying enough farking tax this year without adding those bastards into the cost structure - and if I keep my nose clean for another few months I will even manage to lose the last of my demerits.......... (hmmmm - does that mean more safety margin from losing license if caught again......)

I wasn't for a minute suggesting it's a BIG adventure bike. I only mentioned that to illustrate the fact that I'm now broke again and can't afford a big adventure bike.

The CS doesn't even pretend to be an adventure bike at all. (CS standing for City Sport.)

Also known as Scarver for Street Carver.

I have an idea that name is already taken. 'Sides, if I use a sickle name I would have to change it every time I changed bikes. (Not that I intend to do so.)

Yeah, some of us bothered to show up...

The Arlen Ness Victory Vision was quite stunning in the flesh. The camera doesn't do it justice.
