They're the same in many places but then they're quite different in others. By the look of the steps I'm picking your shot was taken from further out, a little lower and zoomed a bit.

Check yours out against the other contenders. They're all slightly wrong. Hard to pick a winner really.

The Alfredton tag has be the one surely?

Foreground is very close but the background is way off in Alfredton. Similar to the PNCC one where the zoom is wrong.

depends on the criteria, the tow away area looks like its in almost the same place, but the picture is framed differently. Whereas the others are framed better but in different places.

Also depends on how you compare them. All I've basically done is overlay the shots. If you move/rotate them to line up either the bikes or the background you get quite a different result. For example here is Tag 144 with the sign lined up compared with Tag 171 with the main entry lined up.
