Info from horses mouth (I'm sure Sam would like to be known as 'horses mouth')

BUT: If you turn off at Jacksons and head north to Kopara the road is apparently quite rough (due to logging trucks).

Via Stillwater-Ngahere it is longer but mostly sealed.
