Dammit - I looked there on SV, didn't see it. Searched all the way from Thorndon to Paraparaumu, still didn't see it. I even saw that substation - but looking down on it from the hill above, and it didn't seem to fit. I was looking for something much closer to the tracks - must have been lots of zoom. Oh well ...
