I've got a destination in mind — it'll require a full day pass though! At least 6hrs in the saddle (return), but probably a bit more.

I'm going up Korumba's way plus a bit more to Mokau to see a mate. If you fellas wanna join me (and you're welcome to), I'll be leaving Shell Albany at 930(ish). Not sure of the exact route I'll be taking yet, but the aim is to take in the twisties.

Thanks for the ride today lads, bloody awesome roads up north. Not sure what reached the limiter first, me or the Fizzer. Dins limiter was adjusted a bit lower than normal with the young'un riding pillion. Hes made of stern stuff that young lad, no real complaining after 500km on the back of Dins R1. Looks like Diggyd wore out 200 bucks worth of tyre in one day, thats one week's worth of groceries down the gurgler.

Yep, cheers for the company, fellas. You guys gotta do Russell Rd one day (if you haven't already) — seriously non-stop, tight twisties with some spectacular views along the way. I did about a third of it to get to Mokau, and it was, like, wow!

Some pics attached of my mate's "backyard." (Excuse the quality, they're just phone pics)

Oh yeah, I think I need new tyres now as well...

Looks great buddy, def worth another trip. Tyres worn out , new tyres - or new bike, thats the dilemma. Will they last till after the end of the month? I just watched Beyonds Coro loop too, as we spoke about, great vids.

I don't mind living on rice and mince for a few days - fair sacrifice if you ask me......

Reemit, appreciate the efforts to get me home on time!! Would have been well early of you had wheeled the ape out for the day. Definitely scoped some great tracks...and looks like DidJit found some more further north for the next expedition. Great piccies.

Din; you're a hard man having to starting work after a day like that!

    Ciao 4 now

Not remotely related to the SARSAR, but - seen this guy? Reckon he needs some pilot road 2's - they might help with his wet weather riding. Looks like splitting is legal in Greece too

He's totally barkers of course, but pretty amazing bike control nonetheless.

Hi Mate - I just checked and discovered I got 15k out of the tires on the ZZR1100!!! . Not bad considering.

That ride up north looks pretty darn good. Will have to check out next time I go north.
