Hi Din, good on ya for heading to the funeral on Friday. Sounds like there ended up being a decent turn out of bikes for such a terrible situation.

There's always next week for a ride!

As an aside, one of the less pleasing things Reemit saw from the pub was a silver hilux mufti heading past the gassie. First time i've seen a farmers wagon being used by the law (un marked anyway)

Managed to fix up the mirror, indicator and brake lever myself, so BBII's rideable (at least to work and back). I'm getting it properly inspected on Monday to make sure there's nothing wrong. The shop says they'll pick up the tab and make sure BBII's back to how she was before their "whoopsie." Sometimes shit happens, sometimes we make mistakes, but good on them for taking it on the chin and wanting to put it right.

1,200kms eh? Good on that man! No excuses for us all not to check out Russell Rd then one of these days...
Didgy!??? What this time? he he, sounds like it's not an OOE at least.

Din, I know the protets thing has been done to death but here we go again, the Auckland Action Groups main antagonists, Mom and Maha the M%M's have an event planned for next Saturday the 1st of May 2010.
I'll be leading off a bunch of riders rom the BP Autobahn at Papakura and there will be three other groups converging on the Domain and then Queen street, then off to Mission bay for lunch.
As many riders as we can get would be appreciated.Though the laws are being changed and the ACC levies will be raiseed there is No reason in the world why we should take it sitting down.
Also these rides are going to happen regularly and we'd like to increase everyones awareness of the pending Bikhoi 2 this coming November 2010 of course in Wellington once more.
We are intending to keep these issues alive and in front of the general public and the minds of as many bikers as we can.
Your continued support and turning out is appreciated.
Heres a link to the event and a place to sign on as attending.

I hope to see many of the regular SATNR and SASR's as possible here on Saturday the 1st.

Thanks for that caseye, but I not going to let Nick and ACC spoil my weekend ride. My self not keen on riding to city and Mission Bay and I rather do 22, Coro,.... or ride north and check that Russell rd. Anyway if anyone keen for protest ride go for it. But if any of you keen ride south, we can meet up at BP at 10am, if anyone like to ride north we can meet up at Albany or west-gate. Lot of options there any suggestions are welcome. I not going to protest ride maybe next time but not on my Saturday ride this is third time M&M put it on same day as SARSAR ride and not even send me invitation to it, and Nick can go fuck him self , I don't think whatever you do now is not going to make any difference, but good luck to you all , let me know how you get on with it.
    Ride on !!!

Hey guys, along with protest action, please take time out to remember and support our rescue Helicopter services. I have set up a webpage explaining and your donations are 100% secure and go directly to the Westpac helicopter charity fund bank account. Please donate generously. Thanks Raj.

We got a little wet on our own lil' protest ride, yeah. Turned back and had some of Din's famous Ćevapčići instead.
