So a granny on a pedestrian is more important than a child getting off a school bus?

are you riding on the footpath?
The fact of the matter is, retards who ride in an unsafe and idiotic manor give ALL bike riders a bad name.
Bullshit sorry. Plenty of 'bad' people fly through life screwing others over and come out smelling like roses, and plenty of honest people get shat on.
I disagree with this too. Most people who see a fuckwit riding an xyz bike see exactly that, a fuckwit. The fact he is on a bike is irrelevant. People who subscribe to wide-ranging stereotypes like that typically show their ignorance up pretty quickly rendering their point useless. I know that I for one switch off when someone says 'oh but all ....... are like that'.
I knew there was a reason I ride a unregoed bike with dead plates dressed all in black.
You guys are my heroes!
Same, I am happy someone that rides like this is*, risking his and others lives, is going to get the message from someone he respects.
Rather than some random person pointing it out to him on the street and getting abused for their troubles.
Good work KB as far as I am concerned.
* I have seen his riding first hand, I am not just jumping on the internet bandwagon.
I love it when people claim others to be keyboard warriors, then come on and do a bit of warrior type chest beating themselves......especially when they don't list their location or real name.........maybe the poster is well known, maybe not ?

This is so true. I have always been (somewhat) tolerant of other riders risky behaviour at times on the road. Hell, I have even been guilty of riding like a dickhead myself on occasion.... haven't we all? however, when it comes to paedestrians, and the elderly or vulnerable people, crossing at the lights or paedestrian crossings I always show respect and slow down and am aware of how I appear to them on a bike. I even clutch it in and coast up to lights sometimes so my bike isnt making too much noise. Especially if its elderly or small children crossing. As a part of a minority on the road I know what its like to be bullied, doesnt turn me into a bully on my bike.
Ha...saw this fella yesterday at the traffic lights have very little patience.
He decided to go around the right hand side of the car, whilst they were both turning left, without taking into consideration a pedestrian might be crossing. There was, and what a fright the pedestrian, rider and car driver all got. The car driver was the most shocked, I suppose he couldnt' believe the stupidity shown just to make up 2 seconds around a corner.
Giving credit where due, the rider did react extremely fast with his brakes, much to the shock of the car he had just cut in front of and was now sitting on his front bumper!
After the wee lady had got past the path of the motorcycle he roared off. Sounded damn fine and looked good but the risk to wee lady and himself far outweighed the 2 second head start out of the corner.
Oh shit, that's right it's not a race track.

Unfortunately it was Darwin that ensured that these people exist in the first place, we've only been evolving for millions of years until now after all. Ever wondered why so many rich/famous people are gigantic egocentric cocks?
Just look at public opinion of tattoos. To be honest I think most people in major population centers know at least one biker/tat lover/ethnic minority and know better than to make generalizations for the most part.
It's the ones that live in a shell you should be worried about (and good luck changing their minds by the way).
