His actions and their actions are two separate things. The thread is about their actions, hence my comment.

If I was commenting about his actions, then yes, I would have submitted that the rider, mostly, is the master of his own destiny. I have recently learned that often I am not in a position to pass judgement or even offer an opinion on it, and so I won't.

I also think their behavior is disgusting. Give the poor man some dignity in his final hours. It still amazes me that human nature can have this truly evil side to it. Who in their right mind would react and try to help or assist in the situation, or be in shock from even seeing it?

I do believe in karma, and agreed - it will come around and bite them in the ass!

    Well, ignore them too!

We're all our own person, free to choose and act.

it is shitty behavour to act like that but it is even worse to be so drunk like that you act like that. but then again some people are just jerks and should be shot three time in the back of the head.

If people were acting like this, it isn't the norm.

There will be a very good reason why.

Not trying to defend this at all, but sometimes things can be far worse (accident) then they look.
If it is as it is presented, then yes that is pretty sad.

This is no shock, no surprise. No reflection of society today, of attitude towards bikers, or even the facts of the accident. There are some idiots like this out there, even when sober, plain and simple.

I would be surprised if the majority of people on this forum hadn't, at one time or another, heard some fool shout out "Shame!" or laugh at someone elses misfortune. People laughing at homeless people, jeering at prostitutes etc.

These guys couldn't have known that the poor victim was mortally injured. They were just laughing at the fact that he had crashed. This does not excuse their behaviour at all, just shows them for what they are, the empathy lacking brainless putrid scum that occaisionaly floats to the surface.
