What is there to do in Wellington?

Going to wellington for 4 days thursday through to sunday next week.

Partners got work to do and ill be buggered if im staying in the hotel each day.

Bringing the car down so I can bring my golf clubs for a round of golf at perhaps berhampore. But what else can I do? I used to live in wellington when i was younger and ive done te papa a few times in the last couple of years.

Of course ill go to a couple of bike shops for a browse, that might help kill one of the days.

What else does wellington have to offer these days?

    Cheers guys

Catch a movie during the day at the Embassy theatre, I believe the NZ Film Festival is on..... can't think of a better place in Welly to watch movies.
Aside from that I don't know, wander through town and soak up the culture and have a coffee?

Not when your handicap is probably just over 20.. And why pay an extra $50 to lose more balls and swear more often?

Do you have to be affiliated or is this a visitors rate?

Thats a green fee players price on Fridays mate...and it's a gorgeous course. First hole is a bit daunting though. Gotta slam one 150m on the fly from one side of the Hutt River to the other!
