The same sentiments from me, but feel even worse as I carried on over the hill as I had limited time.

The three of us that got past the accident had guessed that you were waiting for the cyclist to be removed from the scene, and I pushed on. I hope you have a speedy recovery Mrs N.

On the bright side it was a great day for a ride over the hill and the weather in Akaroa was awesome. The new beast ran well with much grinning along the way....

Good to hear your bike went well and you're stilll very happy with it

I would of liked to have been there but had otther things on.

Wondered what you were up to

. No doubt you got out and about on the Tiger?

Was sad to see the Duvauchelles pub all taped up. Hopefully they will be able to repair / replace it soon

No I don't get out this weekend bugger it all, great weekend for it aye. Yes the pub will be missed on the Wednesday night ride for sure, so hope they get it up and running by then

Went for a ride last weekend with a friend who was two up around the block in the persisting rain.
Went well till they turned off at Waddington and just after that they came off and he broke his arm, she was alright.

Anyway next Saturday is our last SatRide!!!!!!!!!!

I was wondering about BK, Evans, Summit Road, Dyers pass down to Governors Bay, round the bays to Purau, over to Port Levy and back to the Wheatsheaf.

There was interest in continuing the SatRides, however I'm working on Saturdays as soon as daylight saving starts. Is anyone interested in a ride on Sundays??????

Shit all fun and games this saturday then, while I was truckin south . Very lucky I'd say mr and mrs neels. Hope van driver fronts up for repairs.
Such a different road in the weekends compared to week nights......alot less looney's on the road.

Yes, hope mrs Neels isn't put off too.

Just a small note for those that hate grit - Purau, over to Port Levy had a lot of grit down on the Purau side when we went through a couple of weeks ago.
Maybe it will be clearer now but I'm not so sure about that.

Sunday arvo... has always been aside for a ride, 9 out of 10 times ending up at the Wheatsheaf. Often live music over the summer etc, some going straight there some riding all day to get there. Im never far away.
