Pretty interesting reading those tags now. McWild features quite a bit now.

I don't think I will be on the ride tomorrow, getting the wee zeal serviced, and probably some new tyres too. The back tyre is starting to look pretty bald.

Hope the weather is good for you guys tomorrow.

another casualty to the attendance of the ride
and for the next for weeks min i think.
my little motor cross event last week was a bit more than expected.
bikes OK, a bent hand brake lever, bent handle bars and a bent rear signal light stalk,
all fixable with spares in the shed,
but ,, fuck, bugger, damb, curse, and all those other words
When the bike landed on me, it broke my arm....
Didn't notice on the ride home, but Thurs morning, well, a tad swollen,
rather painful, went to Doc, = xray, = fuck! BROKE!
Just remember slow speed falls off of " push bikes" into road works can do more damage than you think, well thats what I told the doctor. And ACC.
So thats twice, in 6 mths, the same arm.....
    have fun guys
and watch out for grass, its more dangerous than tarmac!
To be old and wise, first you must be young and stupid.

    OUCH!!!!!

That "push bike" of yours has a lot to answer for, as well as the "road works".

You look after yourself SB. Keep posting and letting us know how you are getting on. I look forward to your return to WNR.
And remember ...... if it hasn't got one of "Uncle Flip's" prosthetic kickers it isn't a real motorbike!!!

Does that mean I have to negotiate a "Black Duke" at the back of the pack????? I'm not sure my riding skills are up to that.

    Anyway the ride this week.

Our destination is the Greta Valley Cafe and Bar. They are expecting us and the kitchen will be staffed, or stuffed, or something.

BK, Moorehouse to Fitzgerald, Hills to Marshlands, left onto Main North Rd, 1st regroup just before Motorway onramp, 2nd regroup in Amberly opposite Shell Servo, L at Waipara, 3rd regroup Waikari on Waikari Valley Rd, and onto the Greta Pub.

Shouldn't be too much of a problem, I discovered last night how hard it is to ride it slow
