Na it wasn't that bad (ok, VERY pleased I ducked home to change from the tinted visor though). Lovely wee ride, sorry for arriving 5 hours late in either direction, was a bit nervous on a new rear tyre with the damp surface and my crappy skills. Nice to see some old faces again, and new ones of course

Some nice bikes on display. James' sparkling white Busa, VFR1200 and 2 Ducs. I really like the Street Fighter but at $37k it is an expensive replacement for the Speedtriple - still we shall see - Lotto this weekend?

I didn't stay at Featherston - thought about it then headed back over the hill. A good ride.
