When I worked for Justice many years ago, they had a system that had 4 genders

Male
Female
Changed Male
Changed Female

I was never sure whether the changed male / female was from or to.

The modern day option I suppose would be a he-she.

In the last census almost all the questions I wrote "intrusive" across ... only answered the ones I thought were important for civic and government planing - which are actually fuck all - and refused to answer the rest ...

Done that for several censii - no-one's every come back to me about it ..
