Should be back to the normal time this evening I imagine - 6.30pm meet up for 7pm departure to Albany.

Aye it was. Feckin' connector to the fuel pump wasn't clipped up properly where it passes through the support bulkhead. So the extra vibration and wind at warp speed must have shaken it loose.

One comment from the group ride that i am very disappointed about.....

Rider crosses centreline passing on a blind corner, to get where? One rider ahead....

Then the attitude thinking it was funny at the group briefing after....

Shameless....

This is NO place to set examples like this of this kind of riding.

Sorry about my grump, we may all remember seeing recently a light truck that was hit by a motorbike on the news, two dead.... Rider and driver of truck.
I have a motor bike in my yard that hit a car, one dead rider, and one NOT at fault car driver who's life, is now changed forever.......

Have you ever seen a rider pop out from under a truck, dead.

I have.

You never know what's around the blind corner, don't roll the dice!

Sorry I couldn't make it out this time around guys... will be there next week for sure.

Just a thougth guys.... a car/bike traveling at 100kph covers nearly 30Mtrs a second.... two closing together close nearly 60Mtrs a second, the human brain takes a second to react giving you another 60Mtrs or 120Mtrs with only a second to do something that will save you from a 200KPH head on!!!!!!!

This is why they are fatal.... and beleive me you can't do much in a second.

Cross onto the oncoming lane only when you can see clear road for a safe pass.

Shell westgate meet up at 6:30pm , and leaving at 7:00 pm. Usually arriving in the Albany carpark at about 7:30pm.

Most people show up at the Shell petrol station and get some riding in before the carpark. Others opt for straight meet at the carpark if they are running late or can not be bothered to get to the gas station (sometimes miss on some good riding tho).
