A film called The Leaving of Liverpool. There is a scene where a deaf boy falls into a muddy trench amidst a torrential downpour and can't get out and obviously tries screaming for help but to no avail and drowns.

Unforgiven...William Munny (Clint Eastwood)walks into the saloon and ask's "Who's the fella who owns this shithole".He shoots the barkeep down in cold blood.
He then proclaims "Well he should have armed himself if he's gonna decorate his saloon with my dead friend".
Movie scenes dont get any better than this.
This is rather sad, but the guy had it coming....

Unbelievable movie and well worth all the awards. Pity about the american accent dubbing

[QUOTE=Insanity_rules;555132]For me the final scene in Vanishing Point where Kowalski commits suicide. Not the 1990 soft cock remake the 70's original, Vigo Mortensen should have been flayed drawn and quartered for that stinky remake piece of crap.
Didn't know there was remake, still have the original on dvd. You're not thinking of Gone in 60 seconds. They remade that and fucked it completely.
Or what about Dirty Mary Carzy Larry

[QUOTE=ElCoyote;1129949740]Yep, the Vanishing Point finale was a kick in the guts. Many moons ago, watching for the first time through the rose coloured glasses of youth I was expecting anything but that.
Dirty Mary Crazy Larry was another good 'un, and I didn't see the end comin'........for that matter neither did they.....
I finally managed to get my mits on a digitally remastered DVD of the original Gone in 60 Seconds not that long ago. After hearing so much about it I thought it one was of the most disappointing movies I've ever seen. Not a patch on the other 2.
