The fucktards at TVNZ have cancelled the only proper morning news show on TV7 (freeview) and left us with the poorly produced and amateurly acted sensationalist womans weekly wannabe - Breakfast. Might as well tape Jeremy Kyle and watch while eating my cocoa pops.

But it looks like TV3 have stepped into the gap in the market with a real news programme. Hopefully it lasts after the earthquake news's have finished.

we didnt have any power so I was only listening to the hourly broadcasts.

Mercep is OK, if it was him. the other important criteria for me is no commercials. I try and avoid them where i can.

TV3 in the morning whilst I have a coffee or three, National radio through the day and a PVR when we watch TV at nite, watch the best of all the freeview channels including the Aussie ones and skip the adds.
After Henry's exit TVNZ have lost the plot, don't even bother with their evening news now all TV3 or Algizera
