To be honest I'm screaming to go for a run but have had no time for weeks.

An afternoon blat down to Auks on the back roads & a bit of gravel on the way home would make me a very happy chap.

The KR1SP I raced a fair old while back 1990/91 in fact...was as fast a 250 as you could find. I was clocked at 143mph (is that 228kph?) at a flying 1/4 mile. Think you'll find it was a wee bit quicker than your CBR sorry mate.
