I'm off for a quiet poodle to Havelock North tomorrow if anyone is interested. Gassing up at Ashhurst around 8:30 all going well.

saw ya heading out on the 800 as I got to afc, but I was still out on the z1000sx when you dropped it back, what did ya think? time to trade the cx?

I tell ya tho, when i got back on the bird I decided I'd rather stick with it's riding position than the upright style of the SX. It just feels better to me. Looks like I'll have to buy that 14....

Upright riding position is the only way to. I've only got sore wrists today after 1,000 miles...

You should know by now Bonez never trades anything, just buys another one and adds it to the collection..

AFC are open between 10 and 2 tomorrow if you want to sample the 1000SX for yourself.

Quite liked it. Definately suites my style of riding. Ticked a whole lot of boxes as it where. Seat/peg/ handle bar position was spot on. Gets up to 160kph ok

. Closed private road and under supervision of course. So quick enough for open road passing.
