I've just finished marking out the driveway so that we can have a port drinking session..... How many corners do we need?

Ahh, good to see you on the site, welcome.

Well it appears Rob & co have had to bail & consequently team Biddle aren't coming down either, which is a damn shame, but understandable. Would have been good to see them both racing down at Kaitoke.

Still I'll take your offer for a few drinks on Sat night I presume? But I'm not touching rum, despite it being my middle name. Oh hold on, it's pretty much my last name.

Harley is my middle name, which is even more Ironic.

oh sorry smack talk. Ok I'll out drag Rich's FXR up the hill on my 50.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.

Honestly.... that wouldn't surprise me if it did that one day. That 50 is unbelievably fast in a straight line. Through corners too I bet. Gimme a go...?

Yeah, I remember Sketchy saying that back when he had an std FXR. then we went to Minefield back cct & realised he could out drag me on any straight. Plus I'm 80kg now so it doesn't help acceleration.

Well my bike is mending and I've managed to fibreglass myself back together. See you all on Saturday.
Yes 4 strokes are for homos. Homo-sapiens that is, who have realized bigger is better.

Was wondering about Team Biddle, as I'd heard a rumour Av was keen on coming down. We'd have room for the bike, but not another person (I can not stand sitting in the middle of the front seat for more than 5 hours, so Roy's Hill is as far as we'll have a tag-along - my DR650's seat is just as comfortable, and therefore not used for touring much).

How many corners on a driveway? How many could you fit in? If there's not enough, we just go round in circles and make some - all good, we'll be fine hahaha

Right, sounds like van packed, clothes in dryer, we'll be ready, thermos heating up, wine being drunk, my world's okay for now hehehe

Surely that should be a scale representation of the Kaitoke circuit so you can point out the hot lines to us, not that I'm likely to remember them in the morning.

As Michelle said van loaded and glass in hand, note to wine buffs, Petes Shed 2008 Pinot Noir, best avoided, think I'll switch to port.

Sorry dear, I don't drink red, so will try you out on cheaper wines (as though I ever remember what was actually good and what wasn't, even for myself).

By all means call Keith & offer, I'll PM you his no. They were going to drive down in a car & Rob take the bike, if it is still on offer.

Sorry I've been slack. I spend so much time organising at work, it's nice not to when I'm not there. I've been very weather dependent on this coming weekend, until yesterday, when I worked out I really just wanted a weekend away.

We've got the van loaded, and if anyone (within reason, sorry Rick) is wanting a bike taken down so no towing a trailer you've got about 8 hours to get it here.

It's OK - I've found someone with a key to let us in. And I finally have some idea of what we're doing.

If we finish early enough I reckon we head to Garage Expresso before the drinking begins...

I have no idea what that means. Who's bringing the bicycle to get to the marshal points? Hmm, must trawl Tardme.
